    Working principle of synchronous motor Synchronous motor is a special type of reversible motor, which is characterised by the fact that the speed of the active rotor can be precisely controlled. Synchronous motor is generated by the stator magnetic field, by the generator active rotor passive turn, stator AC winding and active rotor lead lap symmetrical winding and rotor mounted on the rotor rotor magnet group to form two mutually parallel strong magnetic field of the motor. When the phase difference meets the directional requirements, the synchronous motor can accurately control the rotor spin, so that the output power can be adjusted according to the need to solve the problem of output changes, to achieve speed control and constant speed control. The stator coil of the synchronous motor generally adopts multi-pole winding, so that the alternating undulation of the magnetic field has multi-pole changes, which improves the utilisation efficiency of the motor. Characteristics 1, torque precision: AC synchronous motor has high precision, stator centre coil can choose some higher precision coils according to the need, the precision can be as high as 1/1000, it can realize the precise control without load, and it has strong ability of low speed and heavy load. 2、Simple mechanical structure: the synchronous motor's mandrel consists of support and sealing and stator winding and other components, simple structure, small size, easy to load and install, as well as maintenance and change. 3、Stator coil has damping effect: the stator coil can be integrated with some multi-pole windings, which can effectively stabilise the torque. 4, low material cost: due to the small load factor of synchronous motor, stator and rotor magnet density is low, low material cost, can effectively save costs. Summary Synchronous motor is a special kind of reversible motor. It is characterised by a finely defined torque, simple mechanical construction, damping effect in the stator coil and low material cost. It has strong braking performance and high precision, and can be used for speed control, fast response, positioning control and speed measurement. It can be used in variable speed regulation structures due to its auto zero function. It can also be used in high-speed precision positioning control systems, but it needs to be realised with high-performance electronic drives and servo control systems. In addition, the synchronous motor has a good performance in energy saving, especially suitable for use in low voltage variable speed motor control. The future of synchronous gear motors is very promising, but at present they are not yet capable of meeting the requirements of a number of applications, and a number of improvements and optimisations may be required to extend their range of services.
