The disadvantage is that it can't be bonded with some glue, which will cause the coating to peel off. Accelerated oxidation, now the market does 120-200 hours of salt spray for nickel-copper-nickel plating method, but its plating cost is relatively high. 3、Copper: mostly appear in the hardware industry, sintered NdFeB strong magnet is rarely used, the appearance of yellow. 4, chromium: chromium plating industry is also relatively rare, its plating cost is very high, the general company can not accept. However, it has a strong ability to release decay and is difficult to react with other substances. It is mainly used in places with strong ph. The price of domestic products is relatively low, so there are few choices. 5、Black zinc: According to the customer's requirements, the surface of the product is treated with black color. For the electroplating process, on the basis of galvanization, a black protective film is added through chemical treatment. This film can also protect the product, increase the salt spray time and prolong the oxidation time. However, its surface is easily scratched and loses its protective effect. Nowadays, few people use it, most of them use resin to replace it. 6, epoxy coating magnet: NI, ZN, epoxy resin and the role of PARYLENE - C coating on the magnetic properties of NdFeB magnets in the three kinds of solution was studied.
